You understand that information and materials provided to you during the Green Staging Professional™ training course contain confidential and proprietary information of Envision Eco Solutions LLC. You agree to not use, disclose or reproduce these materials for any reason other than your Green Staging Professional™ business without the express written consent of Envision Eco Solutions LLC.
User Submissions
We are always pleased to receive your comments and suggestions. If you submit comments, suggestions, ideas, etc. (collectively "Submissions”) in response to any content on this Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and incorporate such Submissions and the names identified on the Submissions throughout the world in any media. Envision Eco Solutions LLC may post your feedback on the Site and reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit and remove any Submission. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GreenStagingProfessional.com be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of GreenStagingProfessional.com, with the delay or inability to access or use GreenStagingProfessional.com or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any content, software, products, or services made available or obtained through GreenStagingProfessional.com network or members, or otherwise arising out of the use of GreenStagingProfessional.com, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if GreenStagingProfessional.com has been advised of the possibility of damages. Any services or content made available or obtained through the use of GreenStagingProfessional.com, and all other use of GreenStagingProfessional.com, is done at your own discretion and risk. GreenStagingProfessional.com is not responsible for content posted by third party members.
Non-Compete Agreement
By accepting this Agreement, you agree, within the United States of America or in any other place Envision Eco Solutions LLC may then be conducting business, to not participate in or be connected in any manner with the ownership, operation, management or control of, any business, entity or operation similar to, in competition with, or with interests adverse to, the education, training and/or designation business or operations of Envision Eco Solutions LLC for a period of three years. You agree that the foregoing restriction is necessary for, and reasonably limited in scope to, the protection of Envision Eco Solutions LLC's trade secrets.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested within thirty (30) days of the initial registration date provided the Green Staging Professional training course has not been viewed beyond section one (1). Approved refunds are given in the amount originally paid less a $25 administrative processing fee.

Applicable Law

The laws of the State of New Jersey govern these terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Envision Eco Solutions LLC makes no representation that the information in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to the Site from territories where the content of the Site may be illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
